This trip was everything my soul needed and more. An incredible transformative experience that I just can’t recommend enough! Helen and Kat are the most lovely hosts and I felt truly pampered and looked after in the most fabulous surroundings. The whole trip was planned thoughtfully with lots of special touches. The food was out of this world, fresh and presented immaculately. The yoga sessions were skilfully instructed and consisted of morning vinyasa and early evening Yin yoga which was adapted to suit all abilities and so enjoyable. I came away feeling refreshed, having made a bunch of amazing new friends. I had the most gorgeous time and will definitely plan another retreat with Elevate Yoga Retreats- thank you so much!

This was a cool experience! Helen and Kat made sure I was okey at all times. The venue was amazing and the food was on point, I felt looked after without it being too much at any point. The yoga classes were a nice mix of a little challenge and some of the most relaxing yin on the deck with the early evening breeze. I’d recommend Karmavida and elevate yoga retreats  to anyone.

Helen and Kat make the most amazing team. I had such a beautiful week with them in Spain 2024. The venue was awesome. The food just amazing and the yoga was spot on  too. If you fancy a fun filled week of laughter and joy, this is the retreat for you.
